All Sales Are Final
At this time, all sales are final. Because our hats are made in limited runs and small batches, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at tappyhourgolfllc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll review your case and, if approved, send a replacement or issue store credit.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or stolen after being marked “Delivered” by USPS. Please contact USPS directly with tracking information. If you need help, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:

An item is out of stock at the time of your order, or

Your claim for damaged/incorrect items is approved.
Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
